Weird text appearing in Google search results for my wordpress blog

Some of my wordpress pages are displaying really odd description text in google results listings. It;s only started recently but is showing spam style text on new posts I have done as the result description. e.g. post on branding and sustianability description has turned into .Posts about $1Digital marketing written by $2Array.
Also happening on archive pages.
How do I get rid of them and replace with the right descriptive text.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
