Weird text I can't get rid of

  I am fairly new to the WordPress game so take pity on my stupidity. On my blog (ourquarterlifecrisis17.wordpress.com/blog/), there are a few sections of text I can’t get rid of. These show up as links in the blog page, but when opening the actual blog, they are still present as plain text. I’ve looked at the HTML and can’t see anything. Anything to help would be greatly appreciated.

  Which ‘weird text’ are you talking about because I don’t see any weird text.

  It displays the heading underneath itself as a link. It would be easier to share a picture with you but I don’t see how.

  and it should show up on the 3 most recent blogs, but not the first. The heading will be in the large text, then the unwanted text below that, then the excerpt.
