Weird Vigilance widgets work differently on two different blogs

I use the Vigilance theme on both my main blog and my test site. Oddly, the two sites handle widgets differently. Anyone know why?

On one, I can drag the desired widgets into whatever order I want on any of the three sidebar lists, much like every other theme I’ve used. On the other, I have to choose a widget, open its dropdown menu, and from there assign its sidebar and placement/order on the selected sidebar (no dragging). This makes rearranging sidebars quite tedious. I can live with whatever the default Vigilance approach is, but why would the two different blogs, both using Vigilance, handle widgets differently?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Apparently you have enabled the so-called accessibility mode in the second blog. Click “Screen Options” (while in the widgets screen) to disable it.

Awesome! It worked! Thanks, I’d have never figured that out.
