Welcome email message not sending

  Hello!

  When I get a new subscriber, they receive the confirmation email to set up a wordpress account. After they do that, they aren’t receiving my welcome message. I have my welcome message set up in Jetpack Newsletter, and I don’t know why it’s not sending after the subscriber confirms their email address.

  I understand you’re experiencing issues with your website subscribers not receiving the welcome email after they have confirmed their subscription.

  Could you please confirm if you’ve customized the welcome message? Also, did you include any links in it? Including links—especially multiple or unfamiliar ones—can sometimes cause the email to be flagged as spam.

  In the meantime, could you ask your subscribers to check their spam or junk folder to see if the welcome message was delivered there?
