  Hi!!

  I confirmed my email address and activated my account, and I was just wondering when I might get that welcome kit so I can select the plan I’d like to purchase, and get some ideas of how to begin!

  Hi there,

  I’m not sure what welcome kit you’re referring to – you should have received a welcome email with an account activation link immediately after creating your account.

  You also don’t need to wait before you can upgrade – you can upgrade at any time by going to My Site ->Upgrades ->Plans, and it seems you’ve already done that, as I see the Business Plan in your account.
