Welcome page not appearing on mobile with Mixfolio theme

  I’m experimenting with the lovely Mixfolio theme in my test blog, using my andriod phone I’ve noticed that on mobile, the ‘welcome’ area and contact details on the front page don’t appear. Is this part of theme or can I fix it?
