Welcome paragraph

  Hello! Underneath my picture I have the welcome to see Life Ministries paragraph. How do I keep that in that position? If I read correctly as I write stuff, a new writing, blog post will be at the top and that makes me think that my welcome to paragraph will slowly be pushed down. Hope this makes sense!
