‘Welcome to my blog’ image on homepage of site

  I’m encountering a small error with my site. I can’t seem to remove the image of purple mountains with the message ‘Welcome to my new writing blog.’ It seems to be a default setting, I can’t see an option to change the image and add my own. This appears on the homepage of my site. Any ideas?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).
