Went to Bluehost and lost my followers and stats

Switched to bluehost and lost my followers and stats. I deleted my site.

I was on LuSays.com and switched to bluehost LuSays.com WordPress.org. Yes I have Jetpack.

Also all of my new followers are not showing up on my Stats in Jetpack. Subscribers are coming in but they are not being recorded only when I click on the king crown at the right of my page then I can see the stats and new followers.

I’m not sure I’m understanding what you’re describing. Can you link me to the page where you’re expecting your followers to show, but they aren’t? And can you grab a screen shot of this “king crown”, upload it to Snag.gy and post the link here.

Thank you so much! You totally just made my MONTH! Yes they are all back! Except for my recent ones. For some reason the new followers I got today are not on the list.

I tried to do what you asked with snaggy but couldn’t figure it out. It lists my new followers in ListBuilder. But the two stats don’t seem to be linking up. When I go to the crown the ListBuilder option pups up and then when I click on that my new subscribers show up. I know three are already on my old list but three are not. And they are not linking together. They are recording as separate stats.

Also when i post my posts on Facebook it says “coming soon.” Why can’t I post like before?

My new followers are not being added to my old followers. Instead they are being recorded separate. One is in the “list builder” in the jetpack and the other is listed in the stats.

Hi Lucille! It sounds like you’re using a couple of different subscription tools currently. Jetpack subscriber won’t integrate with any other subscription manager and there is no List Builder as part of Jetpack.
As for the Facebook issue, if you’re using Publicize through Jetpack, publishing to Facebook should work as usual. It sounds like you’re using some other plugin that doesn’t have support for Facebook yet.
I would suggest you check which plugins you have installed and uninstall the ones that are duplicating the work that Jetpack does.
