Hello, we were recently charged for automatically renewal on our WordPress account. However, we have not been able to use this account and would never have OK’d the renewal. Please delete our site and refund.

I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
