    Hi,

I can’t log into my Audelib account connected to: Audelib.wordpress.com , Startups and Downs, NouvellePeau and blog.goodify.com – all of them were linked together. Recently, my bank accounts and email were hacked. I would like to know how I can recover access to all of these under the same username: Audelib.

    Thank you X100.

    Aude Olivia
    Blog url: http://nouvellepeau.wordpress.com/

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

First of all change your EMAIL password to something brand new and secure. THEN change all of those passwords to something unique, new and secure ie different from one another. Even if you changed those passwords before, it does you no good if they still have access to your email, so change that first, then change all of those.

I’ll flag this for staff attention; you’ll have to communicate directly with them about this.

Thanks for the quick reply! You’re right, I realize how critical safe and diverse passwords are now, will do. Looking forward to hear from the staff to recover all my accounts and blog freely.

http://nouvellepeau.wordpress.com/ is accessible by your nouvellepeau account, which you were logged in as when you posted this thread.

When logged in as the correct account, you can access the Dashboard at https://nouvellepeau.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

Regarding http://audelib.wordpress.com/ and http://blog.goodify.com/ please visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and click “Need More Help?” if necessary.

Yes I tried that. Since my gmail account was hacked, it seems as if Audelib is now connected to another username/email because I tried many options and it only sent access to NouvellePeau and it’s not the one I want to recover. Before, all my blogs were under the same user name and now they are all separate. Is there a way I can know if the username/email to Audelib and Startups and Downs was changed? I tried all my emails and usernames that I can think of.
