'We're processing your import now'

“We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.”
Trying to import an xml to ecodelphinus.wordpress.com. Unfortunately it got stuck.
The link to support also leads to a generic support page, that doesn’t help me any further.
A reset button in such a case would be helpful.
If the file is too large, should I then upload in parts?

After reading some other forum posts on this topic, adding following information to post.
Importer being used:
WordPressAdding ‘reset importer’ tag, as this appears to be common practice, as the importer sometimes getting stuck is an issue that occurs more often. This for future reference for people suffering the same issue.

I went ahead and reset the importer for you. Can you retry the import and let me know if it gets stuck again?

Thank you timethief and jeremylduvall that solved it. Will post if it gets stuck again, although at this time I don’t foresee problems as the import has been completed.
