I havent logged into my site for many years and now need to make some amendments. I have logged into WordPress and can see the site stats etc but when I try to click on Pages or Posts is says “We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred”
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Just to add, if I go to http://www.thesafecom.com/wp-admin it doesn’t recognise my username so I cant log in that way for some reason.

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this. The password for that site has no connection to your WordPress.com account, but is stored in your site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers. We don’t have any access there to help you reset it – you see the site listed with us because it’s connected here via Jetpack, but that connection doesn’t give us control of your admin account for the site.
