  I CANNOT ACCESS INSTALL PLUGIN BROWSER IN MY ACCOUNT, PLEASE TELL ME WHY?

  Plugins can’t be installed on a WordPress.com site, but a lot of plug-in functionality is already built in: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  If there’s a particular plugin you have in mind, you might want to visit the idea forum and suggest that the plugin be added: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/#plugin-requests

  If you really need the plugin, consider moving to a self-hosted installation of WordPress. You’ll need to register a domain, buy hosting, and set up your site using the free software from WordPress.org: https://wordpress.org/
