The author billy tauro is a great person and has tried to delete this page multiple times over the years . Unfortunately it is still up. Can someone assist us please, No one has responded and I have sent numerous requests. Are hopes are someone from wp can just delete of the servers . please help!

WordPress.com can’t and won’t delete content from someone’s site. Only the owner of that site is able to do so.

Thank you. The author has deleted off word press but its showing online. Hes done this many times and is getting frustrated. I/m doing his leg work so to speak and he will be doing the final touch. So what you left us will give us instructions on how to take that pdf off line?
With all due respect, Its kinda crazy how much effort this takes. The man is nowassisting me and wants it off line and its very difficult to do so.

He certainly didn’t delete it from his Media Library. Deleting media from a site doesn’t delete it from the Media Library. To delete content from the Media Library, you find all info at https://wordpress.com/support/media/#delete-files-from-media
It certainly isn’t difficult or it doesn’t take much effort; just follow the given instructions.

it looks like we were able to do so as its not available anymore . once we get the snippet removed from google we should be all set
