Wha's the difference between Page and Post?

  I want to have a section in my blog — in which my posts are available, where people could scroll down for all posts posted.
  Should I create a ‘Page’ for that? But there’s no option to do that.
  How to embed my posts as a ‘Page’ that I can title, perhaps, ‘Blog post’?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
