What a load of crap!

This is supposed to be easy?
I have paid, and been charged for, a Premium site. Hence I have no direct Email support, and quite frankly I am moving towards wanting my money back.
Where are the plug ins? They have disappeared. I can’t even change the picture on my site, so I can’t even launch it. I even bought a book. I haven’t got time to go through this line by line. This is supposed to be easy!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are confusing wordpress.com hosted blogs and wordpress.org software installs. There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
What you see on ur dashboard directs to limited plugins exclusively for WordPress.com Business users who can integrate eCommerce features in their site by using eCommerce partners ( Ecwid, Shopify or Gumroad).
http://store.wordpress.com/premium-upgrades/wordpress-business/?ref=ecom
https://en.support.wordpress.com/ecommerce/Blogger installed plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. No upgrade changes that reality.
This guide will explain how to move your WordPress.com site to another hosting platform: Moving to a Self-Hosted WordPress Site
https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-to-a-self-hosted-wordpress-site/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

This is a great place to start with WordPress.com:
However, if you end up deciding that you would like a refund, I can help you with that as well.

I changed the theme, so I don’t have a picture. I still cannot change the default text on the front page.
I have worked out the pages, but until the front page looks halfway decent, it is useless.
Please don’t post anymore links to the help. I already read it, and I can’t find what I want.
Surely changing the text on the front page shouldn’t be that hard? (Not to mention changing the picture). The menus have little logic, and only seem to have half the information.

I still cannot change the default text on the front page.
Can you be more specific on exactly what you are looking to change? I’ll be happy to help you out.

Live chat may be an easier way to walk you through some of this. While we do attempt to cover as much of the week as we can, your best bet for Live Chat is going to be USA business hours M-F.
