What a modern Theme could substitute for a child Theme Twenty Thirteen?

  Hello,

  I am using Theme Twenty Thirteen but it has no modern block design even so it looks great.
  What Theme with a modern design could look like Twenty Thirteen with its Header provider and minimums info that not necessary?
