What about my permalinks in WordPress.COM with domain mapping

  Hello,

  I can’t find any information about the following.

  I have a NAME.wordpress.com website and i would like to map my already owned domainadress to my wordpress website.
  That would cost me 13€ a year, no problem with that.
  But what about my permalinks?
  For example: will the permalink NAME.wordpress.com/bands also change in NAME.be/bands after mapping my domain?

  I have no idea that will happen, can only check this after purchase!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  All the old URL’s will be seamlessly sent to the URL of the Custom Domain Name – nothing to worry about – all the outside bookmarks and links to your site will keep working

  Thanks auxclass.
  I’m afraid that all my permalinks will stay as the old URL’s (like NAME.wordpress.com/bands) and only my homepage will be named like my allready owned domainname NAME.be .

  So WordPress will automatically change all my permalinks?
  And not creating some kind of (stealth) frame?
