What about the `LIKE`spammers ?

have you ever checked the time that people sometimes click a
likeon your blog. I have noticed with regularity that 3 post are liked within one minute. As my blogs are usually long there is no way you can read 3 in one minute. One blog I read actually named some of these spammers and looking at my likes I could see he was right. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m sorry but it’s clear from past responses in more than one thread that Staff do not consider it to be an issue. How indeed can we prove that any Gravatar user who chooses to click a like button did that when they did not appreciate our post content? The answer is that we can’t and a WordPress.com account has always been a Gravatar account.

I’m sorry but we cannot delete the individual likes others leave on our posts even those that are from obvious like button spammers. All we can do is what’s here.

That`s probably why when I have tried to put a like on a post that has been emailed to me it has not been possible. I always try to email any person that puts a like on my page to thank them but out of many emails most are never delivered, so their email account is probably not active any more. I was not complaining about the likes it was just an observation and I probably clicked the wrong button.
