What administrator views

  There are 2 administrators on our website myself and my friend. When either of us invite people the person that we invite most of the time is only visible on our computer. My question is why is it that when I invite someone only I can see that persons user name and vice-versawhen the other person invites someone? Of corse this happens only after they log-in.
