  I have cross-checked the domain name payment on wordpress.com and In this payment, will I get personal mail with my domain name too?

  you have probably looked at domain prices here https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/ ?

  Adding an email with a custom domain name is possible. There are several options listed here: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/.
  Email has to be hosted somewhere (like place from where you will manage all emails and where they will be saved) – these options are Professional Email and Google Workspace. Those options are not free, there is a monthly fee. If you want free option, you can choose Email Forwarding or choose Other Email Providers like Zoho or ImprovMX (who usually have a free plan) to redirect both incoming and outcoming emails using your domain name. In that case you will manage emails via your usual email provider.
