What alternative Email security method is there without using a Contact Form?

    I have a long contact list of people. I have highlighted the people in Text mode and included their email address – per this example : me. Does this mean we shall be open to spammers or is this secure? To use a Contact form for each individual will make the page horrendously long. If this is not secure what other options do I have?
