What am I doing wrong with my music

  What I want is to be able to play music on a posting. I dont want it to open in another page or to download from a site. I just want it to play whilst reading the post.

  Have tried posting in HTML on the editing page, but all I get is the URL in text on the posting. it does nothing.

  what am I doing wrong

  If you mean autoplay, that’s (thankfully) not possible in wp.

  If you mean displaying an audio player that one can click on to hear the music, you do it this way:

  [audio URL_HERE]
