what am I not doing to get my blog to come up on google or bing?

My blog won’t come up at all on google or bing, even if I put in the full search parameter which is http://wolfmoonpressblog.wordpress.com. I need some help with this.

It can take weeks for search engines to index your blog. It’s publishing posts, not pages that attracts search engine attention.The process we use for verifying free hosted WordPress.com blogs with search engines is found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.

Okay, thanks. It was showing up easily yesterday on Google, but now Google says it can’t find it. There is a ‘location’ block in the part where you put in the user name and it is blank. What should I put there? Will it speed up the search process.

Your blog is a few days old with three posts – until Google and others fully index your site which can take 4 to 6 weeks – searches will be a bit erratic – not also you need to have something worth indexing
