What am I paying for if it isn't No Ad?
-
I think this has to be answered by someone at WP not general community, but I’m not finding the right button to push to get to WP support, so here goes!
I thought the $33/year I’m paying was for no ads, but after 5 months I’m now getting a notice that I need to pay $30/year for no ad.
Looking at my upgrades, it looks like that $33 is being applied to a premium URL. But I don’t use a premium URL. My blog name isn’t even available as a .com, I didn’t realize someone else was using it when I named it based on my book club’s name.
Did I sign up for the wrong upgrade? Do I need to transfer that over to No Ads? And if the answer is yes, how do I do that if I can’t figure out how to get out of this circular support function?
Thank you to anyone who can help!

Hi there,
You are currently using the custom domain brooklynbooks.me (instead of the free address ending in .wordpress.com). This is the $33/year upgrade you purchased for this blog.
You also have WordPress.com Premium for a different blog — this includes the No Ads upgrade.
If you would like add the No Ads upgrade to your blog at brooklynbooks.me, you can do that, too! You can visit Store in your blog’s dashboard and select No Ads from there. Please let me know if you have any questions about that.
