  Yes unless you purchase the No Ads Upgrade

  To see the ads – log out and visit your blog – the standard ads are not shown to logged in users.

  Disadvantage of domain name purchase and mapping – you need to pay the registration and mapping every year

  Advantage – usually easier to remember and much more class and identification
