What are the benefits of upgrading wordpress subdomain?
-
I am currently using http://beyondlinks.wordpress.com and I don’t wish to register a blog. However I wish to buy premium, provided it will enable adding plugins such as yoast and adding Google Analytic and webmasters tools.
Kindly let me know, whether both of this will be possible on my wordpress blog if I buy premium.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Neither one is included in any upgrade here.
See here for details of all 3 plans http://store.wordpress.com/bundles/ offered by WordPress.com.
Premium bundle details http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/
Business bundle details http://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/Note that the free plan and the Premium plan do not allow you to upload your own themes or plugins. WordPress.com blogs cannot be equipped for eCommerce transactions unless they have the $299. per year annually renewable Business upgrade. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/ecommerce-is-now-available-on-wordpresscom?replies=1
You must hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.ORG software install for those. A self-hosted WordPress site might be right for you. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. In short, every upgrade here does only exactly what it says and no more. If it doesn’t say “you can add plugins” you cannot. Buying a custom domain gets you a custom domain and nothing else.

If I buy a Domain and host it on other server and install WordPress, then I am sure I can add Google Analytics, web masters tool as well as install free plugins available at wordpress.
Then why don’t I get these options if I buy Premium? Can somebody explain this to me clearly, If I can edit CSS (I mean source code) with Premium then I am sure I can add Google Analytics and Web Masters tool.
And as of Plugins I am not sure..!
