  I am looking to expand my wordpress blog into a full blown website using http://www.craigstickland.com which I purchased through you guys.

  I’m sorry, but we don’t allow FTP access for WordPress.com-hosted blogs. You can learn more about this here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/

  You can upload files to your site via your Dashboard -> Media Library page.
