what are the IP Address and FTP credentials username and password

  Hello I am trying to set up hosting of my present blog in WordPress with Godaddy website.I need the FTP credentials of username and password and IP address or URL? Where do I find this information in order to migrate blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We don’t allow FTP access to our servers. If you want to migrate to a self-hosted site, this guide will step you through the process of moving your site to a WordPress.org instance:
