What are the policy of WP for closing Forum Topic and closing of Account ?

    The reason I am asking is that it appears that WP reserves the right to close Forum Topics for a user or even “suspend” the account (means closing for ever) and thus destroying all information there, with no notice
    If such is the case, WP is not a safe blogging place.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Have you consulted this sticky post? WordPress.com Forums Code of Conduct
    When you register at WordPress.com, you fully agree to comply the Terms of Service. suspended blogs

    If you wish to contact Staff for more details here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

    I have read it , but did not find when an account is suspended , and when is Forum topic closed.
    I also would like to know how to make backup so I can save my blogs each time, since a suspension is always hanging as a threat.
    I have seen Exporting but it is not simple, it is time consuming when you have multiblogs
    Suspension means that WP destroys all your blogs and does not even give you a chance to complain, they never contact you; I have seen many complains on this here on the Forum. People do not even understand why they were suspended.

    @intrunc,

    I am a volunteer as are many of the people who answer questions here. You have posted under a variety of user names, and I’m sure that you are aware that many times your threads begin with a very rude attitude.

    As a volunteer, I’m also a moderator of these forums. Many people come here with genuine questions about using the software on WordPress.com. In order to maintain the usability of these technical forums, I often close threads when a question is answered, as it has been in this, your, case.
    See the above post by timetheif:
    Volunteers cannot help you.

    I have limited powers of moderation, but people who do not post in accord with the code of conduct will find that their threads are closed, spammed, or (very rarely by me) deleted.

    Here is your original post in this thread:

    That is not a question.
    That is a summary of your post here.
    ///Just my humble opinion:
    My advise, as a volunteer who has no access to WordPress.com policies, is to find another “safe place” to blog.
    ///

    To be clear, I am closing this thread because we volunteers can not add any more information. Have you noticed that there is now a forum where you can post questions to staff directly?
