What are the requirements for WordAds?

    In addition to the unique domain, what are the requirements for applying to WordAds? Do I have to build a certain number of followers or views first?

    Note that we Volunteers answering support questions on these technical support forums cannot assist with any WordAds issues. You must contact WordAds Staff directly. Note the blog must be on it’s own domain to be considered for inclusion in the program and inclusion is not automatic.

    While we don’t know the exact requirements for inclusion in WordAds and you will need to ask there at the links above – from things I have seen in the forum – you need a lot of traffic to make it worthwhile to get anything more than a pizza and a beer each year – the number I remember was something like 1,000 page views a day for it to give you any significant payback

    From knowing some commercial sites – no advertiser will advertise if a blog can’t deliver people – on the plus side here since you get paid based on traffic and you don’t sell the ads yourself – low traffic just means low payout
