  You can use a short excerpt, like one or two paragraphs, with a link to the source. More than that is in violation of the Fair Use laws. For an example, see here: http://raincoaster.com/2012/11/12/noisemaker-rally-for-jeremy-hammond-december-19th/

  Be sure to use Block Quotes for excerpts longer than a couple of sentences.
