What are the size requirements for a featured image?

  I set a featured image and it didn’t appear.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It varies from theme to theme and only some themes have featured images.

  Featured Images should be a minimum of 460(w) x 260(h). http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/expound/
