What are these readings on 'shares' page – identified by a number?

    I am getting a LOT of mysterious readings on my “shares” page. I have a screenshot but do not know how to display it here. It’s just the numbered ones that I don’t understand. If I click on them, they take me back to the ‘shares’ page. Here’s a very small example:
