What Benefits do I have from the Premium Plan?

    Hello Anyone

    Since I am using the Premium Plan how do I use the following:
    Q1. In WP.com>My Site>I saw Themes – is it I can customise these free themes and where would it appear in my website?

    Q2. Under Configure>Email Followers – is this My Mailing List?
    I saw there is an edit pencil on top right-hand corner of page indicating I can Post and Publish – where would this page appear so that Email Followers can view?

    Q3. Where and how do I send Messages or Notifications to my Email Followers? Is there any Autoresponder to send messages to all Email Followers all at the same time?

    Q4. Under Plugin> can we use any Plugin e.g. from http://www.getresponse.com

    I would appreciate a right answer to the above questions and reply to my email (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Purchasing a premium upgrade does not provide FTP access and the ability to install any plugins so be clear on that.

    Do you mean this page?
    https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_subscribers&type=emailIt lists the email addresses of those who choose to subscribe to your blog by email and your visitors cannot see it.

    Or do you mean this page that indicates the sites that you choose to follow?

    Thank you for your explanation on WP Premium Plan but I would like to add further on Q2 and Q3.

    Q2. I mean the second one http://wordpress.com/following/edit – WP ask me to login > My site >how do I use this Mailing List here. I click Settings and I see one sent email being edited there. It says
    Enter a Blog Url or topics to add to list.
    (Please inform me where do I edit my Notifications or Messages – in the Page here where I can edit my Notification or Messages and do I use my URL http://specialasianfood.com)

    Q3. As regards https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-clog-widget/ I have used this below. It says
    Follow Blog
    Widget title: Follow Blog via Email
    Optional text to display to logged in WordPress.com users.
    Click to follow this blog and receive notification of new posts by email
    (Is it email followers must click FOLLOW in order to see message

    Q1. Click Reader you will see Lists>New List and My Mailing List and Tags>Follow a Tag
    Please tell me how do I use all these.

    I created a Post and saw it became a Blog at WordPress.com at the bottom of my Home page

    Q2. How would my Subscribers be able to find and see this Blog and follow-ups ?

    Q3. Do I add emails in this Mailing List and how do I send my Notifications and Messages and which URL should I use? Can I send to Subscribers simultaneously.

    I would appreciate your attention and reply.

    You have not answered proper your 2 emails of Oct 31 on Q 2 and Q3.

    I posted an Email Notification in My Site under Create a New Post titled Entrepreneur Cookbook Centre for Healthy Recipes .. Welcome to my website http://specialasianfood.com Sign-in your name and click FOLLOW but where is this Email Notification ? I click (email visible only to moderators and staff) at the bottom of my Home page but I need to login to my http://specialasianfood.com/wp-admin> My Site in order to see. But I want the Subscriber to see these Email Notifications.
    Q1. How can the Subscriber see this Email Notification?

    Q2. Please go to My Site> Streams and tell me how do I use this page
    Streams
    Followed Sites Manage
    Discover
    Recommendations
    My Likes
    Lists
    My Mailing List Manage
    Tags

    Please write and explain against each item.
