What can I do to add a featured image to the homepage?

  I have been trying to set a featured image to my first post but the image continues to appear in the actual blog post rather than on the left hand portion of the homepage.

  Hi there,

  Could you make sure your featured image is at least 620 pixels wide?

  Just changed the size to 620 pixels and it worked! Thank you?
