Please stop creating new threads and asking the same things over and over again. As I already explained in the thread that was deleted and in another thread as well when you purchase a custom design upgrade you get Staff support. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/
Provided you are experienced with CSS editing the answer is “yes”.Staff have deactivated the support link as they are working on their backlog of support tickets. That link will NOT be opened again until 12PM UTC on Monday 18th July. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

Uhm.. I’m just trying to get answers to my questions but if you got a problem with it then don’t answer. I’m not as old as you are and I can’t figure out everything on my own. So I would appreciate it if you would be more helpful to my questions instead of saying that I keep asking the same things over again when Im not as experienced as some people are. Excuse me for not being perfect.. -
@deli, if you keep starting duplicate threads, there is a chance that the volunteers here might choose not to even respond to you. If that happens, you will have to either wait for staff to wander through the forums or contact them directly via the support form, and as backed up as support is right now it could be a week before you hear back from them.

And even further more, it those other people did that on wordpress.COM sites, then obviously it is possible. I’m about the only CSS volunteer left in the forums, and I will help and provide some support, but I am NOT going to design your entire site for you one question at a time.
Please, go to the main CSS forum page and in the sticky posts at the top of the forum and at least read through some of the tutorials so that you at least know a little bit about CSS, how things are structured, and how it and the markup (XHTML) relate to each other.
