What can you do with CSS?

  I saw a wordpress (but without the .wordpress at the end) have advertising and i cant help but think, is this CSS? And if it is, what else can you do with CSS (apart from cool colours)

  The ONLY upgrade that allows paid advertising is the VIP upgrade, which CNN and Cheezburger and so on have. It costs hundreds of dollars per month.

  If you need or want advertising, self-hosting is the way to go since it will cost way less than the VIP. Do be aware though that the amount of money you make will likely just pay for the hosting fees unless your blog gets fifty thousand of hits per month. My one friend gets about 10k per month and typically gets a couple McMeal’s and a designer coffee or two per month.
