What css options do i have with basic wordpress.com with no addons

    Can I use use inline styles without purchasing any extras? or am I the only one that sees the css I used.
    What css options do I have with the basic wordpress.com blog without purchasing any addons.?

    Yes of course you can use inline CSS, and everybody sees the results (except in the case of unusual fonts). The difference with the upgrade is that you can apply global changes once for all and you’re not confined to the content of posts, static pages and text widgets (plus you can use fancier Typekit fonts).
