what did i buy

    i just pruchased a plan for about 30$ through WP because i went to install a plugin and it said to upgrade. i went to install the plugin again and now it says i cant install and need to upgrade again but its 250$ ?!?!?! what the hell did i just pay for and if this is the case who can i contact for a refund since ill just go through godaddy for 1/10th the price like my other sites and do it that way. whats happening here?
