What did I do wrong Help please?

Hi Everyone I am new to blogging but wanted to start it out I do have a few questions to be covered in this post.
1. My site at http://ceurillion.wordpress.com/ I want it to be a main page and then show the blogs off to one of the sides is it possible to do that and how can I get that started currently I just have that one blog on there now.2. Can adsense of my own be added on the page?
3. Any tips suggestions on getting viewers for my blog as it grows?

1) not if I understand you correctly. You can only have one blog in any one place at WordPress.com, although if you have more than one blog you can put the others’ feeds in RSS widgets in your sidebar and it will show their latest blog post titles.
2) no. Absolutely no way unless you pay hundreds of dollars a month for the VIP upgrade
3) do a search of the forum; there are dozens of threads and hundreds of tips already around here somewhere. Also check out the Off Topic forum at the bottom of the forum page. -
If you are using the word ‘blog’ for ‘post’ as in your statement: I just have that one blog on there now the answer is still no. All posts go where the one is now. The next one will be above it.

Ah I see I though you could make different topics off to the side and then build on from that.

you currently have a different site linked to your name, you might want to change it to your wordpress blog name.

as you write each post, they will each show on the front of your blog, with the newest post on the top. that’s the nature of blogging.
you can change how it displays via your dashboard, go to settings (top right) then go to reading.
