What did I just pay $79 for and why can't I log on

  So I have figured out there is WP.com and WP.org and I have my blog page on the .com. So I went out and purchased a hosting service on a link from WP.org at bluehost, then I down loaded it to my computer. Then I downloaded WP to my computer as well. Next I selected a theme all the while I can log on to WP.com and see my blog page (for a minute I couldn’t but it came back).
  So then I go to upload the theme and I can’t log on for anything and there is no page I can find that says ‘sign up here’ to make it evident to do so in case it is different. So I just paid the $79 for premium thinking that was the missing link but NOOOOO. I still can’t log on. Is there a secret compartment? Why doesn’t my log on work and how to I get the org to work on my computer and hook to the .com I have on my computer? Don’t these sites link, speak or interface? Does nothing connect without 500 steps and what the hell did I spend $79 for if I already paid for the domain name and I have a hosting service? Jesus!
