What did I pay for, if no one responds to my questions during the "guided transf

  I purchased the Guided transfer to move my blog to a wordpress.org site. I was told it was going to happen at 7 am (my time) Didn’t hear back from them all day – until almost 10 at night. At that point, they transferred my blog in an hour, and answered one question and then NOTHING. I’ve send multiple emails, and I haven’t heard back, nor is the problem fixed. I need to talk to someone regarding support not given. I am not getting what I paid for. I am NOT happy!!
