What do Akismet Stats mean?

  I was just glancing at my account and noticed a link to “Akismet Stats.”

  I went to the link: https://carljungdepthpsychology.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=akismet-stats-display

  What does the references to “Spam” and “Ham” mean?

  I most assuredly have not posted any sort of Spam on my Blog and am concerned that somehow my blog is being portrayed as such.

  Please clarify what “Akismet Stats” mean.

  they block spam comment on your blog
  ham are legiment comments mistaken to be spam
