What do do if someone is copying my blog content?

There is a situation with a blog I wrote recently. It started with someone re-blogging my content continuously, I did not mind the first couple of re-blogs. I was never asked if my content could be re-blogged, and I did not feel comfortable as the weeks went by. I did not know I could control that until later. After I read how to take off that function from my site, I did it right away. This person right away stopped following me and unsubscribed, for which I was happy!
Then last week on my weekly blog post, I received a notice of “spam” from WordPress and it was someone that copied and pasted my content to a fake “WordPress” page. This page when I followed the link is filled with articles from other sites. It only contains a page about copyright. The name of this fake page even has a mock name of my newsletter. Even though I specifically have a copyright notice at the bottom of each of my blogs, this person still did took my content without even a notice or permission.
I have a strong suspicion that the re-blogger from before is behind this. I wanted to report this person’s site, so it could be looked into, but it seems the kind of issue I have is not covered by WordPress. What if it is really this blogger, and nothing is done about it? What do to in a situation like this? Is there anything at all I could find as a solution? Thank you for any help!The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
