The site alwaysinpaindotblog.wordpress.com seems to be deleted. Deleted sites cannot be recovered after 30 days of deletion and the site address cannot be recycled/reused anymore.
If you wish to recover the site, just add a modlook tag at the right side of this thread.

I don’t know where you get that information from but there’s no need to connect your blog to Facebook in order to start a blog on WordPress.com.
