What do I do so that my commenters do not have to leave their email?

  How can I not require email address from those who want to leave a comment?

  I have been told that people just want to leave a comment, so when they are required to leave their email, etc. they bail out. I can’t find a setting for this. I know I leave comments on blogs without being asked for any information.
