What do I do to keep my site as is?

I accidentally deleted my wordpress database but am still able to view my site – is there any way I can reinstall wordpress and keep the site that I am seeing now? As of right now everything on the site looks as it should, only I can’t access the Admin panel.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • This forum is for WordPress.com users. You are better posting this on the WordPress.org Forums for assistance. To point you in the right direction, you’re going to need track down the database which contains the blog entries. Maybe your website host can help locate a backup?

I’ve already asked my website host, and they said they only store backups that are a week old. Me accidentally deleting it happened about a month ago – the aesthetics of the website look the same, but as I’m looking through it I can now only access roughly half of the posts. I just need to know if there’s a way I can reinstall wordpress or something while at the very least maintaining the site’s aesthetics. I spent a lot of time setting those up, and I’ve copied/saved the few posts I can see – even if I lose the ones I can’t, I’d like the site to have the same aesthetics and functionality that it did before.

Like johndcoy said, you need to be asking at WordPress.ORG. We cannot help you.

To post on WordPress.org, you have to have access to your Admin Panel. I do not.
