What do I do when someone plagiarises the entire tagline of my site, with no attribution or link?

    I’ve just seen that one of my followers, who I also follow in return, has plagiarised the entire tagline of my WordPress blog site and has used it as a sub-header in a post he put up today/last night.

    I’ve asked him to either change it or attribute it correctly, but what’s the correct procedure if he doesn’t do this?

    I’m very new to blogging, so I don’t know what to do! Am I over-reacting here, or am I right to call him on this?
